The public presentation of the first stage of the project "Central Maritime Catalogue of Montenegro (CKPCG)", held on the 30th of April 2010, was attended by over 50 representatives of the archives, libraries and museums from Montenegro, Croatia and Albania, as well as the representatives of the Faculty of Maritime Studies, Maritime High School, different maritime companies, agencies, associations, present and future partners on this project.
On April 23-25, 2010, the Eighth meeting of the SEE Heritage Network was held in Rijeka. The meeting was organized by the NGO Pro Torpedo - Association for the Promotion and Preservation of Industrial Heritage of Rijeka, which is one of the SEE Heritage Network members. The meeting focused on the theme of industrial heritage of Southeastern Europe.
On behalf of the organization "Notar", the meeting was attended by one of its member, Mr. Joško Katelan.
The meeting was funded by the foundation Cultural Heritage without Borders (CHwB).
In parallel with this meeting of SEE Heritage Network members, was being held the Fourth Industrial Heritage Conference: "Ships and Shipbuilding Heritage". The SEE Heritage Network presented a series of posters. "Notar's" poster focused on the shipyards that had existed in Kotor and Perast back in 14th century attracted special attention. [Poster]
The hosts took the participating Network members around some very important industrial heritage sites in the territory of Istria.
NGO "Notar" will present the project The Central Electronic Montenegro Maritime Catalogue - CEMMC), (http://www.ckpcg.ac.me/) that will take place in Palace Bizanti in the Old Town of Kotor, April 30th 2010 at 12 AM.

On 21st December 2009 we celebrated the 10th anniversary of the founding of the „Notar". It was initiated by Stevan Kordić, M.Math, Ruža Danilović, Snežana Pejović, Jelena Antović and Joško Katelan, who passed the Founding Decision at the meeting held on 13th December 1999. On the same day the Statute was adopted, as well as the programme activity.
„Archival groups from the period of the Venetian Republic in the Museum of the Town of Perasta", is the title of the project which „Notar" applied with for the funds of the Veneto Region in 2008 in the category entitled: Projects for the restoration, preservation, conservation and presentation of cultural heritage of Venetian provenance in Istria and Dalmatia for the year 2009 (Regional Law no. 15, 1994 for the protection and valorization of the cultural herittage of venetian provenance in Istria and Dalmatia).
Hrough this project „Notar" has become part of the international research projects of FIDA and SIDA.
These projects were presented at the international conference held in the State Archives of Trieste on 12th December 2009 on which occasion the web-page was promoted which includes „Notar's" project as well: http://www.fida-sida.it/In line with the agreement on cooperation with „NOTAR" - Kotor, the archivist Mrs. Snežana Pejović translated the text of the computer programme of the company "Hyperborea", from Italian and English into Montenegrin, both in Latin and Cyrillic script. This programme can now be used in the countries of the former Serbo-Croatian or Croatian-Serbian linguistic region.
